Not launching ... says I need to get a license. Even did a clean install.

I can't seem to get a theme off of CodeCutter. The "Remove CC" button properly removes the codecutter.css file from the theme but I then get an error message when I open a project with that theme in RapidWeaver (error message attached). Is there a plist entry that tells RapidWeaver to look for the codecutter.css that's not getting properly removed?

FYI I get the same error when attempting to remove codecutter from a theme.
