Remove Code Cutter doesn't seem to work

When I press the "Remove Code Cutter button" nothing seems to happen. My code isn't removed on the screen. Only success I'm having removing is manually deleting code, but it sometimes leaving codecutter.css still listed in plist file requiring manual removal. Rapidweaver is in error mode at that point.
